One lump sum. One clear schedule.
Borrow a set amount, repay it on fixed installments, and know your total cost before you sign. Built for owners who already know what the capital is for.
Simple structure, priced like a real loan.
You receive the full amount up front and pay it back in equal weekly or monthly installments. Because the schedule is fixed, you can put the payment straight into your budget and plan around it.
Lenders look mainly at the money moving through your business account and how long you have been operating. Strong, steady deposits usually matter more than a perfect credit score.
- Repayment
- Fixed weekly or monthly
- Collateral
- Often unsecured under $500K
- Typical security
- UCC filing + personal guarantee
- Early payoff
- Varies by lender, we flag it upfront
Where you stand, and what to expect.
2+ years in business, steady deposits
Best pricing and the longest terms on the table.
1 to 2 years in business
Approvable, usually with a shorter first term. A strong payment history can open a refinance into better terms later.
Bruised credit, strong revenue
Still workable. Expect a higher rate or shorter term, and we look for a path to improve it.
What owners use it for.
- Inventory ahead of a busy season
- Build-outs, renovations and a second location
- Bridging slow-paying customers
- Paying off expensive short-term advances
- Buying out a partner or a competitor
Speed now, or the lowest cost later.
An SBA loan usually costs less per month, but it can take weeks and asks for much more paperwork. A term loan closes in days. When timing allows, we can run both at once so you can choose with real numbers in hand.
| Term loan | SBA loan | |
|---|---|---|
| Time to fund | 2 – 5 days | 3 – 6 weeks |
| Paperwork | Light | Heavy |
| Monthly cost | Higher | Lower |

Term Loans, answered.
How quickly can I get the money?
Most files fund in 2 to 5 business days once statements are in. A complete file on day one is the biggest thing that speeds it up.
Is a term loan the same as a cash advance?
No. A term loan has a fixed payment schedule and is priced as an interest rate. A revenue-based advance is repaid from a share of your sales and priced with a factor rate.
Do I need to put up collateral?
Many term loans under $500K are unsecured beyond a standard lien filing and a personal guarantee. Larger amounts may need specific collateral.
Will you pull my credit to start?
No. We start with your application and bank statements. If a lender needs a credit check, we tell you before it happens.
